M R Anand, born on 22 June 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Haryana cadre. He holds postgraduate qualifications in English Literature and a graduate degree in Medical and Dental studies. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Commissioner, CEO, Joint Secretary, and multiple terms as Special Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Commissioner in the Labour Department, from 28 May 2009 to 30 June 2010. Mr. Anand’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Haryana cadre.
