M. Prashanti, born on 20 October 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. She holds an M.A. and an M.Phil. degree. Throughout her career, she has served as District Collector and Magistrate, and Deputy Secretary. Currently, she is the Additional Secretary at Telangana in the Forest and Environment Department, a position she has held since 8 July 2025. She continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within her designated departments.
