M P Tanksale, born on March 25, 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1977 batch, Maharashtra cadre. Throughout his career in the Land Revenue department, he held various positions including Junior Scale, Deputy Collector, Deputy Secretary, Deputy CEO, CEO, and Deputy Collector. He most recently served as the District Collector of Maharashtra. His extensive service reflects a dedicated tenure within the administrative framework of the state.
