M P Lawale, born on 22 September 1929, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1968 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate degree in History and a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Under Secretary, Deputy Collector, S D O, District Collector, OSD to Minister, Deputy Secretary, Controller, Director, Managing Director, and C E O. His most recent position was Settlement Commissioner in the Land Revenue department of Maharashtra. Mr. Lawale’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the state government.
