M Nandakumar, born on 30 May 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 Kerala cadre. Throughout his career, he held various positions including Director, Commissioner, Mission Director, District Collector, Chairman, and Junior Scale roles. His most recent appointment was as Director in the Department of Lotteries, commencing on 21 June 2013.
