M Nagarjuna, born on December 12, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in engineering. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Sub Collector, Under Secretary, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Project Director, Private Secretary, and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the Education Department from June 1, 2000, to March 28, 2002.
