M N Kemkar, born on 18 July 1929, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1973 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in Mathematics. Throughout his career, Kemkar served in various capacities including Managing Director, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Special Officer, and CEO. His most recent position was Additional Commissioner in the Land Revenue department of Maharashtra.
