M N Harendhira Prasad, born on 20 July 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering and an MBA. Currently, he serves as the Collector at Kakinada since 30 March 2026. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary and Collector and District Magistrate. He continues to serve in the IAS with a focus on administrative responsibilities within the Andhra Pradesh cadre.
