M M Singh, born on 25 March 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1971 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in History. Throughout his career, Singh served in various capacities including District Collector, Secretary, Development Commissioner, Managing Director, Director, Administrator, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, CEO, and SDO. His most recent position was Commissioner & Principal Secretary in the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Maharashtra. Singh’s extensive service reflects a broad administrative experience within the state government before his retirement.
