Throughout his career, he held various positions including Joint Managing Director, Collector and District Magistrate, District Collector, Director, Additional Secretary, Special Secretary Director, and Special Secretary to Government. His most recent role was Special Secretary to Government in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, starting from 14 June 2021.
