M K Khanna, born on August 8, 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in English and a graduate degree in Commerce. Throughout his career, Khanna served in various capacities including District Collector and District Magistrate, Transport Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Special Secretary, and Commissioner. His most recent role was as Commissioner at Rajasthan from August 1, 2002, to August 31, 2005. He was also associated with the Departmental Enquiries Department. Khanna’s extensive administrative experience spans multiple key positions within the Rajasthan state government.
