M Janaki, born on 13 September 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, and an M.A. from Madras University. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Additional Secretary, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, Project Director, Commissioner, Sub Collector, and Secretary to the Government. Currently, she is the Secretary of the Public Enterprises Department, Andhra Pradesh, a position she has held since 1 May 2025. She is proficient in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
