M Devender Singh, born on 02/09/1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from JLN Tech University Hyderabad, an MBA in Business Administration from IIT Roorkee, and an MA in Public Policy from IGNOU New Delhi. Currently serving as Member Secretary of the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board since 07/10/2025, he has held various positions including Director, Collector & District Magistrate, and Municipal Commissioner. His awards include the Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Public Administration 2018 and multiple recognitions for district performance and public initiatives. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Telugu.
