M D Modia, born on 14 April 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch of the Gujarat cadre. Throughout his career, he held various key positions including District Collector, Chief Executive Officer, Municipal Commissioner, and District Development Officer. His most recent appointment was as District Collector at Bharuch, Gujarat, commencing on 31 August 2019. Mr. Modia’s service reflects extensive administrative experience within the Gujarat cadre.
