M C Joshi, born on 22 December 1929, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the Gujarat cadre, batch 0. He holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in Economics, as well as a graduate degree in Law. Throughout his career, he served in the Land Revenue department, including the position of Additional Collector. His most recent appointment was as District Development Officer in Gujarat from 1 January 1987 to 31 December 1987.
