M Bharani Kumaar, born on 19 October 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, assigned to the Sikkim cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from NIT, a postgraduate degree in Structural Engineering, and an M.A. in Public Administration from the National University of Singapore. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director at the Tea Board in Coonoor, Sikkim, since 30 September 2025. His previous roles include Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate and Collector, Sub Divisional Officer, and Assistant Secretary. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
