M B Singh, born on May 10, 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career, he held various positions including District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary, Joint Secretary, Director, Special Officer, and Managing Director. His most recent role was Managing Director in the Social Justice and Empowerment Department from August 1, 1996, to May 31, 1997. Singh served with distinction in multiple capacities within the government before retiring from service.
