He holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science and a graduate degree in History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Additional Commissioner, Director, CEO, Deputy Director, Managing Director, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent designation was Secretary in the Revenue Department of Maharashtra. Mr. Ray’s extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the state government, reflecting a comprehensive career in public service.
