M Arvind, born on 28 May 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics from Anna University Chennai and a PG Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation Limited, Chennai, since 11 February 2023. His past roles include Commissioner, Managing Director, Collector, Under Secretary, and Sub Collector. He has received awards such as Best Performing District Collector in Health and Family Welfare, Best Performing Collector, and the Tourism Promotion Award at the Tamil Nadu Tourism Awards 2022. He is proficient in English and Tamil.
