M Arvind, born on 28 May 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics from Anna University, Chennai, and a PG Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation Limited, Chennai, since 11 February 2023. His previous roles include Commissioner, Managing Director, Collector, Under Secretary, and Sub Collector. He has received awards such as Best Performing District Collector in Health and Family Welfare and the Tourism Promotion Award at the Tamil Nadu Tourism Awards, 2022. He is proficient in English and Tamil.
