He holds a Ph.D. from IARI, New Delhi, along with a B.Sc. and P.G. degree. Proficient in Assamese, Bengali, English, Hindi, and Tamil, Angamuthu was born on 28/04/1975. With a distinguished career in the civil services, he has excelled in various key positions, showcasing his leadership and administrative skills in the public sector.
