M A Qureshi, born on January 25, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Jammu & Kashmir cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities within the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department. His past positions include Director, Additional Secretary, and Special Secretary. He most recently held the designation of Special Secretary from January 1, 2002, to January 31, 2003. Throughout his career, Qureshi contributed to administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
