M A A Khan, born on December 1, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a Ph.D. in Mathematics, along with a graduate degree in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, District Magistrate, Director, Special Secretary, and Director. His most recent position was Secretary in the Irrigation and Water Resources Department from October 15, 2008, to November 30, 2009.
