Lokesh Kumar Singh, born on May 8, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2003 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in History. Currently, he is the Secretary at Bihar's Health Department, a position he has held since December 31, 2025. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities, including Secretary, Joint Secretary, Sub-Divisional Officer, Executive Director, District Collector and Magistrate, District Officer, and Director. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
