Lokesh Kumar Singh, born on May 8, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2003 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in History. Currently, he is the Secretary at Bihar's Health Department, a position he has held since December 31, 2025. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities, including multiple secretary roles. Singh is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
