Lokesh Barange, born on June 30, 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2023 batch, assigned to the Jharkhand cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, he serves as the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) at Dhanbad, Jharkhand, a position he has held since January 1, 2026. Prior to this role, he worked as an Assistant Magistrate-cum-Assistant Collector. Lokesh Barange is actively serving in the Indian Administrative Service.
