Liyon Borang, born on April 4, 1964, is a male Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds a Master of Arts degree. Currently, he is the Secretary at Arunachal Pradesh in the Department of Health and Family Welfare, a position he has held since May 1, 2023. Mr. Borang continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of the state.
