Leena Johri, born on 28 December 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1994 batch from the Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree in History and an M.Sc. in Public Policy and Management. Currently, she serves as the Additional Chief Secretary in the Women and Child Development Department of Uttar Pradesh since 1 October 2025. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Joint Magistrate, District Collector, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Relief Commissioner, Financial Advisor, and Principal Secretary. She is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
