Laxminarayan Mishra, born on 29 September 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Biotechnology from VIT University, Tamil Nadu. Currently, he serves as the Joint Managing Director of the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) since 2 April 2025. His previous roles include Chairman & Managing Director, District Collector, Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Collector & Assistant Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, PS to Minister, and Supernumerary Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English and Oriya and continues to serve in the IAS.
