Laxmi Kant Dwivedi, born on November 8, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2001 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He served in the Culture Department, with his most recent designation as Deputy Secretary at Madhya Pradesh from April 29, 2011.
