Laxman Tiwari, born on March 23, 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Currently, he is the DDC-cum-CEO at Saran (Chhapra), Bihar, in the Zila Parishad department, a position he has held since January 12, 2026. His previous roles include Municipal Commissioner and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). He is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
