Lav Aggarwal, born on 19 February 1972, is a 1996-batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and is proficient in English and Hindi. Currently serving as the Director General at the Directorate General of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in New Delhi since 31 December 2025, Lav Aggarwal has previously held positions including Additional Secretary and Resident Commissioner. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
