Lata Shrivastava, born on 18 September 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Madhya Pradesh cadre. She served as Secretary in the Law and Justice Department of Madhya Pradesh from May 2016 to September 2017. Her extensive career includes roles such as Deputy Secretary, Principal Secretary, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Chairman, Rehabilitation Commissioner, Chief Vigilance Officer, Director, Executive Director, District Collector, Additional Collector, Under Secretary, and Sub-Divisional Officer. She holds a graduate degree in Psychology, an M.Phil. in Urban Studies, and a postgraduate degree in Geography.
