Laltanpuii Vanchhong, born on 17 October 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, serving in the Manipur cadre. He holds an M.Phil in Political Science. Currently, he is the Additional Secretary in the Social Welfare Department of Manipur, a position he has held since 25 November 2021. Mr. Vanchhong continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
