Lallan Prasad, born on June 11, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the IAS with his most recent designation being Junior Scale from November 3, 1994, to June 30, 1995. Mr. Prasad holds a graduate degree. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of Bihar until his retirement.
