Lalitha R, born on 20 December 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. She holds a B.E. from Anna University Chennai and an M.B.A. Currently, she serves as the Additional Commissioner (Revenue & Finance) at the Greater Chennai Corporation since 8 July 2023. Her previous roles include Collector, Deputy Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, and Sub Collector. Lalitha is proficient in English and Tamil. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
