Lalit Mohan Sud, born on 17 October 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1965 Gujarat cadre. He holds graduate degrees in History, Management, and Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Assistant Collector, Joint Secretary, Commissioner, Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Settlement Commissioner, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, CEO, and Managing Director. His most recent position was Managing Director at the State Warehousing Corporation, Gujarat, from 1 November 1998 to 31 October 2000.
