Lal Bahadur Tiwari, born on March 2, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Special Officer, Secretary, Secretary Director, Joint Managing Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Director in the Culture Department from May 1, 2002, to March 31, 2003. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administration within the Culture Department before retiring from service.
