Lakshmi N, born on 20 May 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science from Visveswaraiah Technological University, Belgaum. Lakshmi has served as Chief Development Officer and is currently the Vice Chairman of the Mathura-Vrindavan Development Authority, Uttar Pradesh, a position she has held since 23 December 2025. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
