Lakshmana Perumal R, born on March 6, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Anna University. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Joint Secretary, Officer on Special Duty, Assistant Collector and Magistrate, and Additional District Magistrate. Currently, he is serving as the ADM at Bankura since March 23, 2026. He continues to contribute to the administrative framework of West Bengal in his ongoing service.
