Lakshay Singhal, born on February 17, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Currently serving in the Government of NCT of Delhi, he assumed the role of District Magistrate (South-West) on October 17, 2024. Mr. Singhal continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his designated department.
