Lakshay Singhal, born on 17 February 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate (South-West) in the Government of NCT of Delhi, a position he assumed on 17 October 2024. Mr. Singhal continues to be in active service within the Indian Administrative Service.
