L Radhakrishnan, born on 15 February 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 Kerala cadre. He holds postgraduate degrees in Public Administration and Social Work, along with a graduate degree in Physics. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Principal Secretary, Special Secretary, Managing Director, District Collector, Deputy Inspector General, Additional Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Additional Director, General Manager, Chief Officer, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, and Deputy Collector. His most recent position was Chairman of the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority, Mumbai, from 30 September 2010 to 28 February 2014.
