L Premchandra Reddy, born on June 10, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career, he held various positions including Project Officer, District Collector and Magistrate, Director, Joint Director, Additional Commissioner, Commissioner, and Secretary. His most recent appointment was as Principal Secretary in the Department of Youth Affairs, commencing on February 26, 2016. Mr. Reddy’s extensive service reflects his long-standing commitment to public administration in Andhra Pradesh.
