L Natarajan, born on November 5, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Kerala cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Physics, along with a postgraduate degree in Linguistics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Collector, District Planning Officer, Additional Secretary, Director, Special Officer, and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the Youth Affairs and Sports Department from June 7, 2002, to November 30, 2002.
