A graduate in Economics, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Director, Additional Commissioner, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, CEO, Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, Secretary, and Commissioner. His most recent designation was Member at Maharashtra in the Department of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administration of Maharashtra state government before retiring from service.
