L Angshim Dangshawa Maring, born on August 2, 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2019 batch, serving in the Manipur cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine and Surgery from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Currently, he is the Deputy Commissioner at Tamenglong, Manipur, a position he has held since November 25, 2022. Prior to this, he served as an Under Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
