He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science. Currently, he serves as the Assistant Collector at Gadchiroli, a position he assumed on 25 September 2024. Kushal is also associated with the ITDP-Aheri department. He is proficient in Hindi and Marathi.
