Kunwar Raj Kumar, born on April 27, 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He served in the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, holding the position of Chief Revenue Commissioner from January 1, 2011, to April 30, 2012. His career included roles as Managing Director, Vice Chairman, and Junior Scale officer.
