Kunj Bihari Gupta, born on 20 February 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Com. in Accountancy and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. During his career, he served as the District Collector and District Magistrate of Banswara, Rajasthan, from March 2012 to February 2018.
