Kundan Kumar, born on 25 December 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics from UP Tech University, Lucknow. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate (DM) of Nalanda, Bihar, a position he has held since 2 June 2025. His previous roles include Deputy Development Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Collector and DM. Fluent in English and Hindi, Kundan Kumar continues to contribute to the administration in Bihar.
