Kundan Kumar, born on 28 July 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2004 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. in History and is proficient in English and Hindi. Currently serving as Secretary in the Industries Department of Bihar since 30 November 2025, Kumar has previously held the positions of Commissioner and Resident Commissioner. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Bihar.
