Kunal Silku, born on 30 September 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from ITI. Currently serving as Special Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in the Labour Department since 14 July 2023, he has previously held positions including State Mission Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, and Sub Collector. He was awarded the Panchayat Sashaktikaran Puraskar for the year 2015-16 for District Hapur, UP. Kunal Silku is proficient in English and Hindi.
